  • The Opportunity

    We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Product Certification department, working as a Home based Certification Manager within the PPE Certification team.

     

    This role offers real diversity and variety, where one minute you’ll be at your desk carrying out a file review to certify an overseas clients product for the European market, and the next you’re at face to face with a client discussing a large test program for a Kitemarking project.

     

    Strong technical knowledge, communication and project management skills are at the heart of this role and you’ll have constant interaction and engagement with a variety of global clients. This role is perfect for an experienced technical regulatory person ready to take on the additional challenge of managing their own portfolio of personal protective equipment products.

    About You

    To be successful in this role you’ll have strong product certification skills, a thorough knowledge of Personal Protective Equipment products and excellent communication skills both written and verbal, along with the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

     

    You’ll be managing multiple projects for either the CE marking or Kitemarking of PPE products, so strong project management skills are a must.  With this you’ll need to use your strong interpersonal and technical skills to confidently manage these types of projects as well as be able to carry out some quality audits. You may already be a Regulatory Manager.

     

    In addition you’ll be:

    • Ideally educated to degree level in an engineering or physics field and technically minded
    • Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
    • Proactive and flexible
    • Great on the computer
