    • Enable Food business in BSI China growth of the sales and profit and build long term relationship with strategic accounts.



    • Formulate customers strategy and develop business with Food key accounts;
    • Achieve sales /profitability targets and overall financial objectives for designated accounts Understand needs and requirements of end users and core market or industries
    • Be able to connect with & influence decision makers
    • Provide solution & service to key accounts
    • Build and leverage strong relationships with key central customer contacts, lead strategic negotiations;
    • Collect, assess, and report competitor information
    • Identifying unexpressed customer needs and potential products and/or services to meet those needs
    • Resolve difficult situations with customers/clients conflict management
    • Communicate value to customers through value propositions and value

    We are currently growing our Supply Chain Solutions team and have Business Development positions available in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam


    At the core our Supply Chain solutions business is the ability to help organizations adopt best practice ensuring supply chain resilience and brand protection in products, process and people. This involves adoptions of best practice principles such as:


    • Alignment of corporate values across Supply Chain, R & D, Procurement, Risk and Compliance avoiding opposing forces.
    • Implementation & management of an active database with living, approved supplier profiles
    • Completion of:
      • Supplier risk assessments, categorization of suppliers into risk profiles, and risk based resource and activity allocation
      • On-site validation of critical or higher risk suppliers to verify profiles and measure adherence to corporate values.

    About You


    • Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluency in speaking, reading and writing
    • Solid customer experiences in Food safety related industries sector in MNC
    • In-depth knowledge of Agri-Food/FMCG regulation, standards and codes with a broad technical and commercial understanding of Agri-Food/FMCG industry desirable.
    • Excellent understanding of Chinese KA environment and how to get initiatives implemented
    • Tolerance for ambiguity and comfort working within a fast paced, changing environment
    • Effectively 'sell' own ideas and/or work to others
    • Strong negotiation skills, facilitation & presentation skills, excellent communication and coordination skills, proactive, good at impacting and convincing others
    • Self-motivated, independent with effective execution power
    • Good business acumen
    • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and/or external customers
    • Ability to demonstrate good judgment in routine, day-to-day decisions  
    • Ability to demonstrate high personal work standards and a sense of urgency about results
    • Ability to generate creative ideas to solve problems and improve work methods
    • Strong capabilities in MS power point, excel and word are mandatory
