  • The Opportunity

    This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Content Manager who is seeking a new challenge to lead a team and utilise commercial experience.

     

    To deliver high quality, customer-centric content that is commended for its relevance and readability by target audiences and is available in multiple, digestible formats for dissemination through our commercial and engagement market channels. This is a new management position who will work with peers, stakeholders and leaders across the business to increase the intellectual property developed within the Knowledge Solutions division.

     

    You do this by leading a small team that commissions and writes content and provides market insights that builds internal industry sector knowledge. You and the team are supported by a network of external subject matter experts providing the flexibility and scalability to support demand.

     

    The team collaborates with commercially-facing roles, including the Industry Sector, Product and Marketing teams to ensure that the key messages identified are communicated effectively through written, commissioned or curated content deliverables. Defining return of investment (ROI) through content optimization, driving effective post-publication measurements and building innovation in the output deliverables are key success expectations for this role.

    • We publish approximately 2,500 standards documents each year and is actively increasing the created, commissioned and curated content
    • The Content Creation team was formed in 2017 after consolidating roles across the division 
    • We publishes content using XML digital workflows and our goal is to have all content types available as digital format.

    About You

    Our ideal candidate is an experienced Content Manager with that has demonstrable experience of managing a creative writing team in a commercially-orientated organization.

     

    We are looking for individuals passionate about content and has a genuine interest is creating and distributing outputs that are well read. We are looking for the following experience:

    • Proven track record in managing a content creation/ commissioning team
    • Experienced creating and publishing content for multiple digital channels
    • Experience of working with subject matter experts and external agencies
    • Experienced in working in a matrix structure
    • Knowledgeable of rules to drive SEO ranking
    • Prior P/L responsibility
