  • The Opportunity

    The role of Business Development Manager is primarily focussed on selling BSI Certification and Testing services to a wide range of clients accross the Construction, Gas & Electric and Services Sectors. Such clients span a broad range of activities within the traditional manufactering as well as pioneering opportunities and services within the digital economy.

    This role is responsible for identifying and managing sales opportunities, building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers, to position how BSI products and services can enable organisations to improve, and manage the sales process to a successful conclusion.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Sales department in Milton Keynes, working as a Business Development Manager within the Product Certification team.

    About You

    To be successful you’ll require knowledge of related compliance, regulatory obligations, and directives gained either in a similar sales or business development position, or through experience in implementing, or meeting, conformance to standards in these areas ideally in manufactering and service sectors.


    You’ll demonstrate proven experience of sustained over achievement in a new business sales environment and possess a documented upto proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations.

    Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills are essential in this solutions based sales role.


    What we offer:


    We offer a highly competitive starting salary, company car and great OTE of upto £69,000 (depending on relevant industry experience).
