Our Assessors cover a variety of specialisms from Aerospace or Medical Devices to ICT so you’ll be part of a diverse team that have a variety of skills and interests.
Assessment Delivery is the largest part of our UK business, and we’re looking to grow further therefore creating a number of exciting opportunities for you to join our team as a Business Excellence Assessor.
As we continue to grow, we’re always looking for talented, client-focused people who understand the challenges businesses are facing, to join our 250-strong team of Assessors.
You’ll visit our Clients on an almost daily basis, travelling to their sites and gaining a real understanding of their organisation. By understanding their business and their challenges you’ll be able to help them improve their performance by assessing their organisation or products against our management systems.
A passion for excellent customer service is vital and our engagement survey results tell us that 94% of our Assessors are encouraged to act with the customer in mind.

We help our clients achieve best practice so that means you’ll need to have the ability to assimilate, articulate and present information at a high level. You’ll be working constantly with clients so excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal communication and written report writing skills are also essential.
Having the knowledge and experience in your area of expertise is also vital. You’ll have the following experience:
a) professional education or training to an equivalent level of university education;
b) at least four years full time practical workplace experience in information technology, of which at least two years are in a role or function relating to information security;
c) experience in 27001
Of course, as our clients are based in a variety of locations the ability to travel extensively is also a must as travel is an essential part of the role which could include overnight stays.
