  • The Opportunity

    Purpose of the position:

    We have an exciting opportunity at BSI for an proactive Administrator to support for the Product Certification Testing Engineering Laboratories.  The role will be based in Hemel Hempstead Hertfordshire where you will play a pivotal role supporting the business to deliver excellent and efficient customer service and achieve business goals.

     

    Key responsibilities:

    • Customs and Export Documentation and Communication for the departments
    • Supply chain administration – New vendor set up, Purchase Order placement, Vendor agreements
    • To provide general administration support to departments as required by the management team
    • Provde the generation of reports following completion of Testing of products to clients
    • Customer Communication 
    • SAP and Point Global Data Entry and Cleansing activities
    • Sample administration and query resolution with clients and engineers
    • Scheduling of Testing Work for the labs
    • Undertake specific project work as required to meet the changing needs of the business
    • Activities to support the effective and efficient delivery of Client projects

    • Customs and Export experience
    • Proven general administration experience
    • Experienced of using a SAP as a user
    • Computer literate – including effective use of Word, Excel, Visio
