We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a proactive and professional HR service to our critical operations business stream based in Milton Keynes on a fixed terms contract until the end of October 2018.
You'll provide core people advice to managers and colleagues, to coach managers on people practice and policy, work to deliver a great place to work for colleagues, and be the point of contact for your business area for all HR related activities including ER cases and generalist support. Our operations team consists of circa 300 employees, both based in Milton Keynes and field based, and 20 managers mainly based in our impressive Milton Keynes offices.
You'll be providing development advice, guidance and ensure that managers have the skills they need to effectively develop colleague capability to facilitate business growth and success.
