  • The Opportunity

    Reporting to the Head of Healthcare Asia Pac, you will provide administrative support to the leadership of the APAC healthcare teams. You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Communication with and responding to BSI internal and external customers (if needed/applicable).
    • To respond to quotation requests from APAC countries where no sales code competency with 48 hours and provide quotations in a timely manner;
    • To liaise with Global technical team and seek for quotation approval in a timely manner;
    • To support to develop and maintain APAC Healthcare Salesforce report

    To provide administrative support to APAC healthcare team

    We currently have an exciting opportunity in our APAC Medical Devices division based in Kuala Lumpur, working as an Administrative Support person for the Regulatory, QMS & Training leadership.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have the following -

     

    Knowledge and Experience

    • Previous administration experience obtained in a trading environment where individuals are continuously tasked to meet time bound objectives
    • Ability to work as a team and an aptitude for sharing work responsibilities with the ability to multitask
    • Proficiency in relation to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force (SAP would be advantageous).

     

    Skills and Abilities

    • Excellent administration skills.
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
    • Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision;
    • Ability to take instruction and assist the APAC healthcare teams as and when required
    • Sound I.T skills, having a good knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Experience of working in a KPI driven environment.
