The Product Manager (PM) has a key role in the development and operation of profitable online products, BSI’s retail product and Standards Development, within BSI’s Knowledge Solutions (KS) business. As part of the Product Management team, the PM will act as the “voice of the customer” ensuring customer requirements are at the heart of all product development and management activities.
This is a multi-faceted, technical and commercial role that requires that the PM consider and articulate the strategic “big picture”, whilst being involved in the finer detail of product proposition research, design, validation, analysis, delivery and management.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager (LPM) the PM will be part of a small team and also part of a wider matrix team, co-ordinating activities across all streams of the BSI business – Marketing, IT, Content Solutions, Customer Relations, Sales and Standards Development – to drive effective performance, product delivery and meet customer need.
