  • The Opportunity

    The role of Management Accountant is to be responsible for the monthly Management Accounts as well as Forecasts and Budgets for the business stream they will be supporting. In addition to this they will work with the relevant UK Directors to provide monthly financials and support them with financial matters.

     

    As a Management Accountant in the team, the role will assume responsibility for the preparation of month end management accounts along with variance analysis to budgets & forecasts. As part of the month end you will be asked to: process all accounting transactions, provide KPI reporting and prepare reconciliations.

     

    Outside of month end you will be asked to analyze and summarize performance of the business, maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and process improvements, as well as taking on responsibility for projects and ad hoc tasks as required.

    We have an opportunity that sits within the EMEA Finance team working alongside the EMEA Finance Business Partners and Commercial Finance as a Management Accountant. 

    About You

    To be successful in this role you'll be/have:

    • Newly qualified/finalist of one of the accountancy qualifications (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
    • Strong numerical skills
    • Able to organise and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
      • Team player with good communication skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude,
      • Confident building processes and procedures
      • Ability to build lasting relationships with business leaders and managers
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excel literate
