Accountable for strategic marketing and revenue delivery for key products within the Standards and Publishing portfolio. This role is responsible for maximizing customer perception/experience, brand impact and market exposure of our key subscription and membership products from acquisition through to renewal and reengagement. With direct responsibility for developing and maintaining a sustainable lead generation engine this role will continually look to increase market penetration, average order value sales performance and revenue delivery.
Work with key internal stakeholders in Sales, Product Management, Standards Publishing, Customer Services and others to provide strategic marketing support including customer feedback/needs on content and functionality, value proposition, competitor offering analysis, up-to-date market intelligence, sales support and training.
This role will work closely with the Head of Marketing and assist as required with the development and/or execution of departmental, product or corporate strategies and strategic direction.
The position will be the product ‘champion’ responsible for the subscription, product-life cycle, membership acquisition and retention, digital marketing strategy and take a leadership role in the marketing team delivering all projects to a high standard, on budget and in a timely fashion.
