A key role within the UK Recruitment team, you’ll liaise with the business to ensure your business areas have the right resource, in the right place, at the right time.
Working with the business areas you’ll influence the creation of the long-term strategic resource plans, as well as the shorter-term annual resource plan. You’ll then be responsible for the execution and delivery of this strategy through attracting, sourcing and recruiting high calibre individuals through the provision of a proactive, efficient, professional and cost effective end-to-end recruitment service.
Having close alignment to your business area’s needs you’ll deliver on the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media, headhunting, referrals, external adverts, and PSL recruitment agencies - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. Understanding your business area’s strategic vision and the external market, you’ll build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a pipeline of strong candidates are readily available.
As well as the above you’ll support in the delivery of wider EMEA and Global initiatives.

You’ll have previous experience of working within a similar role in either an in-house or agency based role, ideally this experience will have been gained within a commercial/professional services environment and/or working on specialist roles.
Demonstrable experience of business relationships with stakeholders to effectively resource top talent along with experience of sourcing candidates through a variety of channels is essential in this role, and the ability to work creatively and proactively to tap into the passive candidate market would be desirable.
As an effective influencer and communicator, you will be able to build strong networks and relationships both within and outside of BSI.
