  • The Opportunity

    This is a multi-site HSE Manager position based in Hemel Hempstead. The position will be fully responsible for creating and promoting a positive and sustainable health, safety and environmental culture across 4 UK sites.

     

    This includes implementing and improving all relevant systems to ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Group and statutory requirements.  

     

    The role works closely with senior management to create a sustainable framework to prevent accidents, incidents, ill health and continuous improvement in all aspects of HSE.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Compliance and Risk team based in Hemel Hempstead as a UK Operations HSE Manager.

    About You

    We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a comprehensive background in HSE, preferably in one that involves the use of hazardous substances. Comes with a proven track record of managing HSE at multiple sites.

    • NEBOSH Health and Safety Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • IEMA Certificate or equivalent
    • Membership of recognized safety or environmental professional body e.g. CIMOSH or PIEMA
    • Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
    • At least 5 years HSE experience is ideal for this position
