As the Sustainability and CSR Global Product Champion you will act as the ‘go to’ person on a cluster of Program/ Products to promote them at Group level. You will be responsible for developing the related assessment and training services, reviewing market research information from global marketing, regional and local marketing teams; generating product requirements; determining specifications, pricing guidelines and go-to-market strategies.
You will lead product/service promotion and roll-out campaigns, prepare return-on-investment analysis and establish time schedules to ensure necessary resources are available for supporting services delivery. Reporting to the Assurance Business Development Director you will engage with Country Managers and Regional COOs to ensure scheme and qualification requirements are fit for purpose, not excessively onerous, scalable and able to go to market competitively, acting as the Global Scheme Manager for the schemes within your remit. In this regard you will be working collaboratively with the Compliance and Risk technical teams and Scheme Managers in the Regions under the supervision of the Group Technical Director.
You will be responsible for determining the needs of accreditation, obtaining and maintaining the required accreditation, developing a positive relationship with the relevant accreditation bodies, and other relevant associations.
Your strong technical ability will enable you to support countries to ensure consistency of interpretation and application to service delivery processes. The scheme manual, interpretation documents, tools and mechanisms you will establish and maintain will support delivery of the relative certification schemes. You will be involved in determining training requirements for certification personnel and working collaboratively with the Assessor & Tutor Academy Team to develop training materials.
Working collaboratively with Group and local Marketing, business development teams and product development to create a unique value proposition in order to define program/product development plans for target sectors and geographies.
