  • The Opportunity

    We currently have an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity here at the BSI Group for a Lead Recruitment Administrator in our HR Shared Services team based in Milton Keynes

     

    We’re looking for a Lead Administrator to manage, mentor and motivate a team of three Administrators ensuring that all agreed KPIs and SLAs are met for the business as well as performing the day to day administration duties and be an ambassador for the recruitment division of our team.

     

    Working within the HR department the Recruitment Admin team play a pivotal part of the recruitment lifecycle supporting the business and the Recruitment Business Partners, being the first point of contact for any recruitment process from setting up interviews, managing offers to on boarding new employees.

    About You

    Key responsibilities:

     

     

    • You and the team will be the first line escalation point for any recruitment process queries
    • Manage the overall work volumes for the team
    • Provide regular reports on volumes and work stats
    • Proactively lead on the continual improvement of the recruitment admin processes
    • Ensure all new Recruitment Administrators are properly on-boarded and trained to deliver recruitment admin processes.
    • Support the business in arranging interviews, making verbal offers, issuing employment contracts and processing internal offers to the HR Admin Team.
    • Maintain relationships with agencies and other key recruitment providers in line with the PSL.

     

    Skills:

    • Strong administration experience obtained in a recruitment or HR environment
    • Proven experience of delivering an efficient recruitment administration service to key business streams
    • Strong experience in the use of a recruitment/HR system
    • Knowledge of the end to end recruitment process
    • Experience with operating in a more senior role and/or experience in training new members/acting as a point of contact.
