This role offers a great opportunity to be involved in driving improvements and ensuring the delivery of financial best practise across the business. As part of this role you’ll be involved in payments to suppliers, the maintenance of the aged creditors reports, processing of invoices any many other tasks.
Organization skills and excellent accuracy are at the heart of this role as you’ll be required to ensure all data and information is valid and correct. In addition communication skills are a must as you’ll be working closely with the FSSC team and other teams to provide support and guidance on finance processes. You’ll also be proactively liaising with all our different departments ensuring that processes are operating effectively, as well as the businesses across the different UK entities and European offices.

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Accounts Payable department in Milton Keynes, working as an Accounts Assistant within the Shared Services team.
To be successful in this role you’ll have a proven history in a corporate administration role, ideally with in a Finance/Accounts environment. You’ll have good attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines. You’ll also need to demonstrate your ability to follow accounting processes.
