We currently have an exciting 12 month fixed term contract opportunity here at BSI for a Head of People Development (EMEA) role in our HR team based in Milton Keynes. This position will be a maternity leave cover and will be part-time (3.5 days per week).
This role will be responsible for developing and delivering the EMEA people development strategy/provision. In particular the leadership development strategy; providing thought-leadership, insight and solutions that address the needs of a diverse and complex group.
You will be leading a small team of UK people development specialists as well as managing the L&D budget across EMEA.
This role will report to the Group People Development Director and will work closely with BSI’s Operational HR Directors, HR teams and business leaders within BSI to support, deliver and embed initiatives which meet our overall business strategy.
