  • The Opportunity

    As part of the senior leadership team for the defined client base, the role exists to drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives within the defined client base in order to improve business efficiency and people management allowing for flexibility and planned growth.


    The job holder is expected to provide both transformational advice and transactional support across all key areas of HR including recruitment, workforce planning, retention, ER, reward, organisational design and people development.


    Pivotal to the success of the job holder is the ability to providing thought leadership, strategic input and the ability to act as both influencer and enabler ensuring that the role adds demonstrable value to the strategic aims of the business.


    Critical to the success of the job holder is the ability to provide strategic and operational insight, knowledge and experience across both the people agenda and wider strategic issues.  Thereby contributing and delivering proactive people initiatives and solutions that deliver tangible value to the business.

    About You

    • Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders to build and implement strategically aligned people plans
    • Wide Human Resource knowledge and experience of application in a global business
    • Strong background in talent acquisition or talent management combined with a foundation of HR operations experience
    • Proven experience in developing resourcing & talent management strategies
    • Experience of working across different cultural environments
    • Demonstrable coaching experience
    • Experience of working successfully within a matrix management structure
    • Experience of working within a global organisation
    • Up to date knowledge of employment law and legislation in the external environment
    • CIPD or equivalent qualification is essential
    • Level 5 Coaching qualification and psychometrics Level A and B qualified is highly desirable
