We currently have an exciting opportunity at BSI in our Sales department, working as a Business Development Executive within the highly successful Training Services sales team based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
We offer a highly competitive salary £25k basic with a fantastic and over achievable OTE of £46,000 +
As the Business Development Executive you will be Responsible for selling a range of BSI Training services to new and existing customers via high volume B2B, end to end telesales activity Building an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers Identifying and managing sales opportunities, effectively positioning how BSI Training Services can add value to client’s organisations.
A full training programme will be provided for you when you start which will involve training on our range of BSI products before reaching out to clients.

We require a sales person who is constantly striving to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to maximise opportunities. To be successful in this role you’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills obtained from a desirable solution. This role is a strategic sales role and must be able to demonstrate building up a relationship rather that calls centre with multiple call KPI environments.
