As the resident Salesforce.com specialist located in the UK sales team, you’ll report through a dotted line into our Group IT SFDC team. Your day to day contacts will range from sales people to your fellow Salesforce.com experts and senior management.
Of course you’ll be a big fan of Salesforce.com but you’ll also be someone who enjoys working with users and the variety that brings. You’re a problem solver at heart who listens, considers then delivers the right result for the business. You’ll be heavily involved in both the day to day maintenance of the system and also the process of ongoing improvements to the system.
The cases you work on will be varied and you’ll be confident and diplomatic enough to manage expectations of your stakeholders. You’ll have a clear view on how best to prioritise the many requests you’ll receive.

We currently have an exciting opportunity in our UK Sales department in Milton Keynes, working as an EMEA Salesforce.com Support Specialist.
You'll be an experienced Salesforce Administrator with a passion for helping users make the most of the system, or a frequent Salesforce.com user, that can demonstrate experience of collaboration with others to deliver key projects and with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Whichever you are we will provide the coaching you need to succeed including gaining Salesforce Administrator qualifications if required.
