  • The Opportunity

    We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Medical Devices department in Milton Keynes, working as an Administrative Support person for the Global Quality Management System leadership.


    You'll be reporting to the Global QMS Certification Lead and provide administrative support to the Global QMS leadership team.


    In this role you'll be collating data and producing management reports for the certification reviewers, supporting in the implementing and maintaining a prioritisation process for certification reviews, and supporting in the organisation of training course venues, tutors, course materials and related logistics.


    In addtion you'll have ownership of activities such as;

    • Communicating with and responding to BSI internal and external customers (if needed/applicable).
    • Validating supplier invoices and support the resolution of invoice queries
    • Organising meeting rooms, meal arrangements and other logistics including travel for training, meetings and external audits of BSI
    • Liaising with the training team administrator to ensure new user access/setup on the Learning Management System and records are supplied / updated.

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you'll have previous administration experience obtained in a training or commerical environment with the ability to work as a team and an aptitude for sharing work responsibilities.


    You'll demonstrate imtemediate Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales Force experience (SAP would be advantageous).
