  • The Opportunity

    This is a really exciting role to provide data analysis, information and support in the development, implementation and on-going administration of BSI Group reward strategy, policy and processes.

    • You will be required to map all reward-related data sources and compile and maintain a central data set, preparing analyses and reports as necessary to ensure Group Reward has up to date information and reports on remuneration practice across the Group.
    • Monitor, analyse and review reports on compensation and benefits practice to ensure that Group Reward remains fully aware of market practice, developments and trends.
    • Monitor on-going pay and benefits practice and identify potential risks as well as collate, analyse and validate all data relevant to annual bonus, profit sharing and long-term incentives. 
    • Ensure BSI Group has an evidence based understanding of external pay markets.
    • Lead the data collection and validation requirements, pre and post annual pay review, liaising with colleagues in Americas, EMEA and APAC ensuring processes are completed on time.
    • Maintain the job family framework and job evaluation databases for BSI Group to ensure comprehensive records are available to support reward decisions.
    • Receive and resolve employee queries and advise the HR teams on compensation and benefit matters as necessary.

    This is an exciting opportunity as a Reward Analyst to join our Group HR team based in Chiswick, West London.

    About You

    • You will be an experienced Reward Analyst with strong exposure to working in a HR team responsible for data analysis ideally in a global business.
    • Experience of mapped data sources and compiled common data sets from multiple sources is essential.
    • You will have worked for a professional services organisation ideally.
    • You will be able to analyse complex data and prepare reports with advanced Excel skills.
    • We are seeking an individual with strong communication and presentation skills, able to manage a multiple of stakeholders at senior level at one time.  You will be highly organised, able to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.  You will have a passion for reward and driven to grow and develop your career in this area of HR.
    • Previous use of Job Evaluation and benchmarking tools – ideally Willis Towers Watson, Mercer is ideal
