About the Role
As part of the HR leadership team for Assurance, this role will support the shaping of the people strategy in conjunction with the HR Director, Assurance. You will be a member of both the EMEA Assurance leadership team and the EMEA Regional leadership team providing support to multiple key stakeholders and responsible for deploying and enabling strategy within a complex matrix structure across multi-jurisdictions and a culturally diverse area. You will have a team of HR Business Partners based across Europe that you will work through to deliver the strategy locally.
You will advise and coach business managers to support the achievement of business goals and lead appropriate change activities providing expertise on organisational design as appropriate.
Pivotal to the success is the ability to providing thought leadership, strategic input and the ability to act as both influencer and enabler ensuring that the role adds demonstrable value to the strategic aims of the business.

We currently have a new exciting opportunity as a Senior HR Business Partner - EMEA to join our Group Assurance HR team. The location of this role can be flexible within the EMEA region so could be based in either of our UK offices (West London or Milton Keynes) or in Europe.
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience of working across Europe and the Middle East or different cultural environments with senior stakeholders developing and implementing people plans.
