  • The Opportunity

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Take responsibility for all visitors to the site ensuring their initial needs are met. This includes identifying who they are visiting; providing information; offering drinks; providing visitor passes; giving directions & assisting with parking.
    • Ensure that the reception and training rooms are kept neat, clean and professional looking at all times
    • Manage all incoming calls, efficiently, professionally and ensure they are directed to the appropriate individual
    • Support sales with pre-screening of initial enquiries and providing simple solutions on needs
    • Sales & Marketing support including sending out daily reports, ordering of business cards and client packs
    • Support the Operations team with client enquiries
    • Support the Australian Leadership Team with activity coordination
    • Take charge of kitchen duties to ensure kitchen area is well maintained and clean
    • Manage the internal meeting room booking process, including liaison with catering suppliers regarding refreshment and lunches as required
    • Support with facilities activities such as liaising with building manager for minor repairs
    • Receive and distribute incoming post & couriered documents and prepare & book external post & courier documents
    • Prepare purchase requisitions for office expenditure including catering and office supplies
    • Order stationary for staff including name cards
    • Reconcile office expenditure to invoices and Purchase orders/ requisitions
    • Assist the Training division with directing customers to the raining rooms & the distribution of catering to the training rooms.
    • Support staff with travel, accommodation and car hire queries outside of self service capability of travel provider Egencia
    • Any other administration duties as advised to support the entire company
    • Post course administration including exam marking and updating Salesforce CRM
