  • The Opportunity

    This is a varied role which would suit a motivated individual who can think creatively, create opportunities through providing solution, adapt to change and is seeking a challenge. 

    As a Subscription Support Advisor you’ll be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to a portfolio of major subscription accounts. This will be through a blend of customer facing and administrative duties within the Customer Relations department.  You will work closely with the Sales, Product Development, Finance, IT and wider Customer Relations teams.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Relations department in West London, working as a Subscription Support Advisor within the Subscription Support team.

    About You

    The successful candidate will have exception attention to detail and the ability to learn and retain a high volume of information, both systems and product based. You will have a collaborative work ethos with a drive for individual excellence and be committed to providing and exception level of customer service and have proven experience in managing conflicting priorities whilst maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.

     

    In addition you will ideally:

    • Be educated to A level or equivalent with GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics
    • Have experience of checking and processing complex customer orders preferably in a subscriptions environment
    • Demonstrate competence and/or prior experience in trouble shooting and resolving technical queries
    • Have great IT skills in SAP (intermediate), Salesforce (intermediate), Excel (Intermediate)
