    Looking to enhance your career in Training? Want to make an impact through supporting the training of a high performing Global team?

     

    You could join a growing global team in an exciting new role as a Global Training Advisor. You'll be based in Milton Keynes but work with colleagues all over the world.

     

    You'll report to the Head of Training (Medical Devices) and support to streamline the delivery of various training activities and courses across several geographies. A key element of your role will be to develop and implement document control processes for the training materials as well as lead the organising of training course venues, tutors, course materials and related logistics.

     

    Vitally you'll take ownership and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to;

     

      • Co-ordinate new user access/setup on the Learning Management System
      • Manage and maintain course content on the Learning Management System
      • Day to day management of Learning Management System

    About You

    To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience with a learning management system (LMS) as well as previous administration/advisory experience obtained in a training or commercial environment.

     

    You'll show an aptitude for working closely with teams to achieve shared goals and working with a range of stakeholders including a proficiency in relation to general IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (SAP would be advantageous).

    What we offer

    We offer a highly competitive starting salary of circa £30,000.
