  • The Opportunity

    As a Teleseles Service Executive, you  will be providing excellent customer service for our training products. Your key responsibilities will be as below:

    • Upselling and cross selling training products to business customers
    • Identify opportunities through inbound and outbound call to existing and potential new clients
    • Assist with the growth of the business
    • Demonstrating strong sales results
    • Achieving KPIs, based on sales figures and activity
    • Communicate effectively with our clients on a daily basis
    • Effective use of internal systems (SalesForce)

    • Call Centre/sales experience regarded but not essential

     

    Customer service/sales experience preferred, but not necessary, as full training and support will be provided to help you build and further your career within a global company. Some cold calling, but majority of leads will be sourced through inbound enquiries and existing clients. You will be provided training to generate new opportunities with existing clients through outbound calls. Uncapped commission means that your hard work, ambition and commitment to excellence will be generously rewarded.
