  • The Opportunity

    This is a great opportunity for a project coordinator looking to broaden their experience and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with external suppliers, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


    You will be in charge of keeping the transformation of our digital products on track by ensuring that our product roadmaps are clear, up to date and communicated to the wider business in an engaging way. You will also be responsible for ensuring that each product vison is realised by acting as the interface with our IT team, flagging any changes to schedules and/or budgets, to the Product Managers concerned.

    The Project Manager will report to the Senior Product Manager, but is expected to work effectively with the team and with other business and IT stakeholders.  

    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and budgets.
    • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
    • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
    • Escalating impacts on product roadmaps from changing project deadlines.
    • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
    • Assessing project risks and issues and ensure potential solutions are identified.
    • Identifying required resources
    • Track financial expenditure against the project budget, including budget forecasting
    • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
    • Liaise directly with suppliers to support the project deliverables
    • Responsible for the closure of a project, including appropriate documentation and lessons learnt
    • Implement process improvements to achieve product quality and productivity.
    • Schedule team meetings to discuss about product issues and ideas.
    • Providing administrative support as needed.

    About You

    Knowledge and experience required:

    • Proven track record in project management execution
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time
    • Proven track record of effective stakeholder management – across the business and IT teams
    • Solid knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel

    Skills and abilities required:

    • Proven track record in coordinating a cross-functional team in a matrix structure
    • Exceptional organizational, time management, and people skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • A collaborative working manner, supporting the project sponsor and stakeholders in a matrix reporting structure
    • Ability to lead stakeholders, irrespective of rank, in a consultative and respectful manner
    • Demonstrated ability to delegate when required to increase the overall effect of the required outcome
