As a BSI Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for internal and external customers as well as members of the public, which gives you the opportunity to directly impact customer experience of BSI.
You'll be a customer focused individual, able to deliver our ethos of ‘Making Excellence a Habit’ through provision of a responsive and proactive customer service by effectively handling and closing inbound contact from internal and external customers while ensuring that a prompt, friendly and professional service is delivered.
You’ll be negotiating with customers in relation to diary moves in order to minimise the number of changes necessary and maintaining an effective interface with the Planning Advisor team to ensure requests for visit reschedules are processed effectively.
You’ll also be required to respond to general enquiries from customers and field based personnel to ensure prompt completion of all administration and planning activities, provide first line response and resolution to customer enquiries and respond to and resolve customer dissatisfaction feedback.

We currently have two exciting opportunities in our Service Delivery department in Milton Keynes, working as a Customer Services Representative within our Planning & Engagement team - one permanent role and one 12 month FTC.
To be successful in this role you’ll be confident working in a busy customer environment and have proven experience of providing a strong customer focus at all times. You’ll have the ability to undertake effective communication at all levels and be resilient, with an ability to manage conflicting situations on the telephone and negotiate resolutions.
You’ll be able to demonstrate accuracy and work with the ability operate in a "right first time" environment. Knowledge of SAP is a bonus.
