    We’re looking to grow our business and are looking for talented, client-focused people who understand the challenges businesses are facing. Our Assessors cover a variety of specialisms from Food to Human Services to Building and Construction so you’ll be part of a diverse team that have a variety of skills and interests. We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assessor/Client Manager working in our Built Environment Sector.


    As a Built Environment assessor/Client Manager you’ll visit our clients and gain a real understanding of their organisation. By understanding their business and their challenges you’ll be able to help them improve their performance by assessing their organisation against recognised standards of best practice.


    The role is a rewarding and there’s never a dull day - each client is different, so each day and each assessment is different.

    About You

    To be successful in this role you’ll have a passion to improve, taking pride in what you do and having a methodical approach to your work. You’ll have the confidence to communicate with all levels within a business, and discuss how you can help them to improve their organisation.


    We help our clients achieve best practice so that means you’ll have the ability to assimilate, articulate and present information at a high level.  You’ll be working with clients every day so excellent communication and report writing skills are essential.


    Having the knowledge and experience in your area of expertise is also vital. You’ll be familiar with the business processes and operations associated with the Built Environment such as building, construction and engineering, technical and professional services and contractors, construction materials manufacturing or energy networks. Knowledge and experience in either implementing or assessing ISO 9001 or other internationally recognised standards is advantageous.


    Our clients are based in a variety of locations so the ability to travel extensively is also a must. Travel is an essential part of the role and this could include overnight stays.

    Our Assessors are dedicated individuals with 95% feeling motivated to go beyond their formal job responsibilities. It’s a challenging, yet extremely rewarding role.
