  • The Opportunity

    Your role as People Development Administration & Support will be to work within the HR Shared Services team to support the UK Professional Development Managers and global Regional People Development Managers. Your key responsibilities will be to administer and support the global People Development offering and the global Management & Leadership programmes. As this is a new role, you will be responsible for defining and embedding centralised administration processes.

     

    This role is a very important function in the People Development team. You’ll be providing a quality administration service which manages delegate registers and course capacities, ensuring training providers and delegates have all relevant information for the session to run seamlessly. You will review data to identify issues, trends and make recommendations based on analysis. You’ll act as first point of contact for the global People Development offering and the global Management & Leadership programmes. Strong communication and organisational skills are at the heart of this role as you’ll have constant interaction and engagement with all areas of the business at all levels.

     

    You will also act as a mentor for the Business & Administration apprentice, who is based in Chiswick, supporting their development and sharing best practice from an administration perspective.
