  • The Opportunity

    We have an exciting opportunity for a positive and driven person to join our team as Client Services Officer. This role will be based in either our Melbourne office.

    Job tasks and responsibilities:

    • Responsibility in establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
    • Provide top quality customer services to all clients
    • Achieve individual KPIs while supporting the team in reaching its targets
    • Maintain client records accordingly within the system to ensure accuracy of information
    • Taking responsibility for your actions, objectives and outputs
    • Proactively add value to the client experience for improvement opportunities
    • Manage the end to end client journey from scheduling services to invoicing the client
    • Work cohesively with all departments to support client needs
    • Communicate effectively with clients and the organisation
    • Ensure data integrity, timelines and expense control are all adhered to BSI standards
    • Respond to queries from clients, auditors and contractors concerning invoices within the KPI timelines
    • Identify opportunities to grow the business through communicating to existing and potential new clients

    Skills and experience

    • Tertiary qualifications desired but not essential
    • Experience in an administrative role desired but not essential
    • Proven written and verbal skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Team player while also ability to work autonomously when needed
    • Problem solving skills
    • Computer literacy (SAP knowledge preferred not essential)
