About the role.
BSI Training has seen impressive growth over the last few years and as we continue to grow, we are looking for talented, customer-focused people to join our team of Tutors.
Reporting in to the Regional Tutor Delivery Manager our team of Quality, Environment, Health and Safety tutors work closely with the QESH sector to help them improve their performance by providing structured training based on established standards using advance learning techniques. Our Team of Tutors will tell you that the role is rewarding but challenging and there is never a dull day – each customer is different, so each day and each course is different too. As a BSI tutor, you will be field based and travel extensively across the UK and abroad, often spending several days away from home.

To be successful in this role you will have practical industry experience and a comprehensive knowledge of QHSE and Energy management as well as applicable business processes. You will have in depth knowledge of management systems standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001; knowledge of other ISO management systems standards and IMS are also desirable. You will have demonstrable experience in designing and delivering training courses.
We help our customers achieve best practice so you will need to have the ability to assimilate, articulate and present information at all levels from shop floor to boardroom. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong verbal communication and people management skills are also essential.
