  • The Opportunity

    The key purpose of the role is to support the Finance Manager to support and supervise the smooth daily operations of Finance, business Managers and colleagues. Responsibilities will also include: 

    Able to handle full set of accounts and ensure transactions made in the books are accurate, correct, and complete in compliance to group policies and International financial reporting standard (IFRS)

    • Support Finance Manager in preparing budget, forecast and outlook.
    • Prepare journal entries including recurring journal entries, provisions, accruals and reclassification. Liaise with staff and management of the company for accounts and finance related issues.
    • Manage monthly inter-company and bank reconciliations to ensure corrective measures are taken on the long outstanding items.
    • Supervise and coach the finance team to ensure team cooperation and quality records and report to meet all deadlines.
    • Good in numbers and know how to extract, analyze, and visualize business data.
    • Handle ad-hoc project.

    About You

    Requirements:-

    • Qualifications: Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years work experience in MNC handling full set of accounts and supervisory role.
    • A good team player with excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Good PC application skills including knowledge of Excel, SAP, SFDC
    • Should be well organized, systematic and efficient in planning to meet deadline.
    • Pleasant personality, meticulous, positive and independent
    • Required languages : English
    • Able to commence work immediately is a plus.
