  • The Opportunity

    Here at the BSI group we currently have an exciting opportunities in 2019 within our Sales department, we will be looking to expand our management team and now looking for inspirational Field Sales Managers to support, coach, motivate and lead our Business Development Managers.


    The role will be responsible for managing our various BDM teams whom are field located around the various UK regions, this role offers real diversity and variety; you’ll be representing BSI whilst managing and coaching a team of successful sales people to maximise sales across the BSI portfolio of products and services to a wide range of existing and new clients across a wide range of business sectors.

    About You

    Experience required:

    • Significant experience of successfully leading large external sales teams.
    • A good understanding of various sales process and practices or the ability to quickly gain knowledge to add value.
    • A good working knowledge of both field and office ERP systems and procedures.
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
    • A good understanding of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
    • An excellent relationship builder, who establishes rapport and credibility quickly.
    • Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
    • Strong understanding of modern consultative selling techniques.
    • Exemplary organisational and time management skills.
    • A proven track record of coaching sales people/managers to deliver great results.


    What we offer:

    We offer a highly competitive basic salary of up to £59k depending on experience, commission and a company car. We have 27 days annual leave with the opportunity to increase this to 30 days, company-paid private medical insurance, an excellent company-contributed pension scheme, and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your life-style
